Another knock out recipe! Make your friends think you really took time out for this dinner, but it was actually very easy.
Bell Peppers (preferably green)
Recipe: Start off by cooking your ground beef down. As your doing this, but the bottom of the pepper off so it can lay flat on the baking sheet. Then, cut a circle in the middle, scrape out the seeds and stems. The peppers should be hollow, to allow for the stuffing. When ground beef is done, mix in the cheese. Now, preheat oven to 425. Place peppers on baking sheet, and put ground beef mixture in about 1/3 of the way. Now put the tomato sauce in on top of ground beef, repeat till the pepper is full. Place in over for 25-30 minutes. The peppers should be tender. Let cool and enjoy!
