Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Water

Warm weather is slowly approaching, which means summer bodies need to be achieved. If you’re anything like I am, you try to find any options except exercising. No worries, I may have a remedy that will help with some of that stubborn fat. This apple cider vinegar water helps burn off belly fat as well as regulate your insides. All you need are 3 simple ingredients. ACV (with mother), the bottle HAS to say with mother because that’s where most of the nutrients come from, lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best) and cayenne pepper. Pour about 1 Tbs of ACV, 1 Tbs of lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne all in a cup and fill cup up with PURIFIED water (do NOT use tap water), warm up for about a minute and drink. *WARNING* this drink does not taste good, it takes a while to get used to the taste but once you drink it for about a week, the taste becomes somewhat familiar.
